“The Only Constant in Life Is Change” – this statement is so well known by everyone. The speed of changes is currently quite high. Some of us do feel in such conditions really well, for others it’s a source of a big stress. Sometimes even those who do like a highly dynamic context feel that it’s somewhat “too much” or they reached out to some edge.
There are a lot of complex psychological mechanisms behind it, and biochemical as well. We do not necessarily know all of them to feel when there is a moment to get some support during the adaptation process. Sometimes it’s our body which makes us stop, showing that somewhere in this rush to keep the speed we neglected something. Sometimes we become aware that we do have some problems already too long and we do not want to adapt anymore to maintain some status quo. In each of these scenarios we need some good space to hold on, to become conscious of where we are, what we are looking for, and to give it to ourselves.
